ARH announces health training for trainers

12 Aug. 2011

ARH has announced that it is holding ‘Training for Trainers’ in the Ntungama District of Uganda next week.  Through the efforts of our Executive Director, Francoise R. Kauzya, we will work to teach 20 community members and 10 health workers from health centers across Uganda.

The training will cover reproductive health, and diseases and infections effecting both men and women. The course will provide an overview of maternal health issues and complications, shedding light on the role of men and community members in addressing these issues. Finally, the training will address communication and attitude with the health providers.

Date: Monday, 22 August — Friday, 26 August 2011
Place: Ntungamo District Board Room
RSVP: Francoise R. Kauzya on +256 (0)783 391 754
